How to Play

Form a full horizontal or vertical row of crystal blocks using the pieces generated by the game.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select the play button to begin.
  • Your web browser automatically saves your high score.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click to select the pieces.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the pieces with your fingers to select them.
  • Controls and indicators
    • Top left corner:
      • Best score
    • Top right corner (top-down)
      • Pause button: Opens the pause menu
        • Play: Resumes the game
        • Home: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
        • Replay: Restarts your current session
        • Sound on/off: Toggles the game’s audio
      • Current score
    • Bottom row
      • Piece board
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Place pieces from the piece board onto the 10 x 10 grid.
      • You cannot get new pieces until you use up all 3 pieces.
      • If there are no valid locations to place the pieces, the game ends.
    • Using the pieces given, form a full horizontal or vertical row of pieces. These will be removed from the screen.
    • Keep placing and clearing pieces until you cannot place any more.
  • Scoring
    • You earn 1 point for every square on the field your pieces occupy. The larger the pieces, the more points you receive.
    • You earn an extra 10 points from completing a full row.
    • Your best score is updated in real time.
