How to Play

Arrange the falling pieces to form and clear full lines. Keep forming and clearing full lines for as long as you can.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Play to begin.
  • Choose a game speed. This determines the game’s difficulty:
    • Slow
    • Medium
    • Fast
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your keyboard:
      • Use the S key or down arrow key to drop the piece.
      • Use the A key or the left arrow key to move the piece left.
      • Use the D key or the right arrow key to move the piece right.
      • Use the Z key or the space bar to rotate the piece.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • With your fingers:
      • Tap on the left and right arrows to move the piece.
      • Tap on the down arrow to drop the piece.
      • Tap on the rotate button to rotate the piece.
  • Controls and indicators (right side, top-down)
    • Lines cleared
    • Current score
    • Next piece
    • Fourth row (left to right)
      • Speaker button: Turns the game’s sounds on and off
      • Home button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen
    • Arrows and rotate button
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • Arrange the falling pieces as they slowly drop from the top of the screen.
    • Form lines from the pieces as best you can.
      • You can rotate and position the pieces as they drop.
      • You can also accelerate the piece’s speed of descent.
        • Be careful, though, as if you don’t stop pressing just before the piece falls into place, you might also accelerate the drop of the next piece.
      • The pieces move more smoothly than most Tetris-inspired games. Move each of the pieces with care.
    • You can stack and clear up to four full lines at once.
    • Keep arranging and clearing pieces until the stack reaches the top of the screen.
  • Game stats and score
    • Every line you clear is worth 10 points.
    • The game over screen shows your score, number of lines you cleared, and playing time for each session.
    • However, your browser does not record your high score.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for players who like games like Tetris.
  • The game has no adult themed content.
