3D Food Memory Game for Kids Video Game Play Instructions

How to Play

Memorize the 9 food items shown onscreen for a few seconds. Place the food items into their respective positions.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen:
    • Select New Game to begin.
  • Select Help to open the game’s tutorial.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • With your mouse, left click on a food item to select it. Drag and drop the selected item onto the correct slot in the field.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers and use them as a mouse.
  • Controls and indicators
    • Top center
      • Timer
    • Bottom row (left to right):
      • Reset button: Starts the game from the first round
      • Information button: Opens the game’s tutorial text
      • Home button: Quits the game and returns you to the welcome screen.
• Game Play
  • Basic rules
    • You have 3 seconds to view the position of the food items on the tray.
    • After that, drag and drop the food items onto their correct locations on the tray.
      • All the food items retain the same spot in every round. This makes it easier to remember them.
      • If you placed a food item in an incorrect spot, you must shift its position until it is in the right place.
      • Once you’ve done that, you automatically proceed to the next round.
    • Play through the rounds as fast as you can.
      • Your time is shown on the win screen.
  • Rounds
    • The game is divided into rounds.
    • Each round after the first adds another piece of food to the screen.
    • The game has 9 rounds. Finish all the rounds to win the game.
