Using your mouse, left click to fill up cups and bird feeders.
Tap on the screen with your fingers and use it like a mouse.
Choose a level
You start off with one level unlocked.
At the beginning of each level it states your goal for how many birds you need to feed.
Each bird has a thought bubble showing which type of feed it likes.
Play through all in sequence. Clearing one level unlocks the next one.
The first level has you feed Blue Jays.
The second level introduces the Male Cardinal.
It also introduces the bottle feeder which can feed two birds at a time.
The third level introduces the Female Cardinal.
It also introduces a flat feeder which can feed two birds at a time.
The fourth level introduces the Chickadee.
The fifth level introduces the Red Winged Blackbird.
It also introduces squirrels which steal the bird feed.
You can scare off squirrels by clicking on them.
The sixth level introduces the Yellow Rumped Warbler.
The seventh level introduces a flat feeder that holds mealworms and can feed up to 4 birds at a time.
The eighth level introduces the Male Hairy Woodpecker.
The ninth level introduces the Female Hairy Woodpecker.
The tenth level warns to watch out for squirrels.
Squirrels, which were introduced in level five, became much more aggressive by level eight with multiple squirrels often appearing on the screen at the same time.
On the final level it seems there are more squirrels than birds!
On each level you see the bird for that level along with birds from prior levels.
Each bird will only eat a specific type of feed from a specific location.
The first bird in line needs to be fed before the second gets a chance to eat.
The bottom left side of the screen shows how many birds you’ve fed.
To the right of it are acorns, representing how well you performed in the level.
The more birds you feed, the higher your acorn rating.
Occupying 2/3 of the bottom of the screen is the timer, colored green. The timer slowly runs until there’s no more
Feeding the birds
Select the food container to fill up Nature Cat’s cup.
Pour the food by selecting the bird feeder.
A meter to the left of the bird feeder shows how much food is left in the feeder.
Each bird feeder can accommodate 1 bird in the first level, though later on some feeders can accommodate 2.
Each species of bird prefer a different type of feeder & feed.
Refill the bird feeder once the birds have finished feeding based on which bird is next in line.
Birds will only occupy a feeder if it’s full.
Birds will take their time eating. If you want to feed more birds, keep as many feeders filled as you can.
Keep feeding until you’ve fed enough birds to clear the level.
Keep Nature Cat’s cup filled and wait for a feeder to go empty. This will reduce the time it takes to refill the feeders.
Track what birds are next and keep filling those.
Click squirrels as soon as they appear in the screen so they do night fight the birds and steal the feed.
