Make a Cupcake Game for Kids Game Play Instructions

How to Play

Create a custom cupcake and watch it come to life.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the white and green play button to enter the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen, select the red start button on the lower right corner to begin.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Select items by left clicking on them with your mouse.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap on the screen with your fingers to select the options you want.
• Game Play
  • Interface
    • The customization options are located on the bottom row.
    • The help button is located just above the customization menu on the left side of the screen.
    • On the right are 4 buttons:
      • Save: Gives you the option to save or print out your finished cupcake.
      • Start over: Clears your cupcake and lets you begin anew.
      • Finished: Animates your cupcake.
      • Undo: Removes your last changes one at a time.
  • Customization
    • Select items from the menu on the bottom row to customize your cake.
      • Cake
        • Pick a cake flavor.
      • Icing
        • Select a delicious icing to place on the cake.
        • To apply the icing, left click or tap on the screen. Move the cursor or your finger around until you form a dollop.
      • Sprinkles
        • Choose the type of sprinkles you want to add.
        • To add the sprinkles, left click or tap just above the cupcake. The sprinkles will fall in the direction you point at.
        • If you want an even coating, be sure to toss sprinkles on the left and right sides.
      • Decorations
        • Select an edible decoration to add to your cake.
        • To place a decoration, select one of the decorations from the list, then click or tap anywhere on the cupcake.
        • We suggest putting some of the taller decorations in before you add the icing.
    • Each of the customization categories have 10 options.
  • Finishing your work.
    • To save your work, select the save button.
      • You have the option to print out your work or save it as an image file.
      • The image will appear as a square containing the cupcake.
    • To animate your work, select “Finish.”
      • First, the game will ask if you are ready to enjoy your cupcake.
      • Once you select “Yes,” the cake will develop a face and grow arms and legs, then exits the cupcake creation screen.
      • The cupcake will stand in an otherwise empty screen, where it will start dancing.

  • Young children who like cupcakes should enjoy this game.
  • There are no adult themes in this game.
