How to Play

Buy fish by submitting the exact amount of money into the box. Unlock the fish-feeding minigame after making 10 transactions.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the white and green play button to open the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen, select the level you want to play.
  • Once you’ve made a selection, choose the buttons indicating a difficulty to start the game.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Using your mouse, left click and drag to put the money in the box.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with your fingers and use them as a mouse.
• Game Play
  • Basic
    • Select the hints switch on the lower right corner to toggle the labels. We recommend turning on hints if you’re not yet familiar with the values of each coin and bill.
    • Pay the amount of money needed to buy a fish for your aquarium.
      • Get money from the denominations of bills and coins on the left side of the screen.
      • Drag money into the box on the right center of the screen to pay.
      • If you make a mistake, drag the bill or coin out of the box to remove it.
    • Select the check button below the box to submit the amount.
      • If you place in the right amount of money in the box, you will gain a fish.
      • Submit the wrong amount and you lose a fish.
      • Each time you submit your cash, the aquarium briefly appears. It shows fish being added or removed.
    • Buy 10 fish to complete the level.
      • You can check your progress on the upper right corner of the screen.
      • You can check out the amount of money you’ve counted on the lower right corner of the screen.
  • Modes and difficulty
    • The game has 3 levels and 2 difficulty modes.
    • Each levels deals with a different maximum amount.

      • 100 dollars
    • The difficulty modes are based on the number of bills and coins you can add to the box.
      • On easy mode, you can put any number of bills and coins until you meet the amount needed.
      • On hard mode, you must put in the smallest number of bills and coins possible to meet the stated amount.
  • Minigame
    • After you finish a level, you unlock the fish-feeding minigame.
    • Take control of one fish and collect all the fish food in the tank as fast as you can before they disappear.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for math students learning to add monetary values.
  • The game has no adult content.
