I mean some aspects of that would come down to the quality of the graphics you wanted to use. If they are clipart or something you can get from Flaticon or DepositPhotos or similar that is way cheaper than making custom graphics of course. If you had ready made images then it would just be a matter of resizing them, aspect ratio of them, and placing them atop the current image files in the game. This is something that could easily be done by even a novice in a day. 

The cost of custom graphics would depend upon how detailed you wanted them to be, how quickly you needed them, and what the artist typically made. Making great artwork could take a couple days if you needed it to be rather detailed.

That being said, we probably would not host such a politically polarizing game on this site.]]></description>
