His goal is to get Tom to wake up Spike, which will surely lead to a beating. To do so, you must help him strew the stairs with as many noisy objects as possible. The louder the noise produced by the objects, the better. Once you’ve reached a threshold, Spike wakes up. Mission accomplished. Do note that this game is loud, so you might want to tone it down. Like in the cartoons, the main appeal is the slapstick comedy involved in Tom’s suffering.
