A nice way to pass some time without straining your brain.

There are only 150 games or the game malfunctioned.
The number of pieces increases as the levels get higher.
It is VERY hard to see the green pieces against the background.
There is no option to change the background, music, etc.

The Tangram is a puzzle game that comes with a square board and five pieces. To complete each level, you must figure out how to arrange each piece inside the square board. While it starts easy, each level progresses into more complex puzzle shapes. Some pieces may seem like top or edge pieces, but looks can be deceiving. Latter stages will take you a while to complete, so be patient.

Players can always put back the pieces or reset the level. There are no limited number of moves or time constraints to the game. This allows you to take as much time as you need to solve the puzzle. Tangram is a great puzzle for practicing spatial reasoning skills. Math teachers can use them to supplement lessons, specifically on geometric shapes.

This is a digital, albeit simplified and easier version of the classic puzzle game. Like its meatspace counterpart, your goal is to fit the puzzle pieces together to form a shape. To play, click and drag the shapes into place within the rectangle. Take your time fitting in all the pieces to form a square. The shapes start off easy enough in the earlier levels, but get complex down the line.

This version of the game is not as complex or varied as the physical versions. You only have one shape (a square) to fill. While the pieces are complex, they are tailored to fit the square. Don’t expect to rack your brain figuring out shape paradoxes. What it lacks in variety, it makes up for in complexity. The later levels aren’t as straightforward as the earlier ones. This gives you some incentive to keep playing forward.
