The goal of Spider Solitaire is to clear out all the cards with the least number of moves possible. You have three levels based on the number of suites you must arrange. You must arrange each card in descending order from king to ace (a royal flush). The game ends when you've cleared all the stacks or run out of legal moves. This is a very addictive game and a great way to keep your mind engaged in a lazy afternoon.

You start with a base number of points and lose them as you play. Each stack you complete adds more points. When you run out of pairs, click on deal to add more cards. You can only deal cards when you've covered each of the ten slots. The game gets harder when you start stacking more than one suite. Out of suit cards serve only as a temporary storage area for cards while you build up a flush. You can't clear them.

Making sure you don't stay stuck is a key element in this game. Often, it's better to focus on starting stacks of the highest possible value. This way, you can always add more to the pile. If you must build stacks out of suit, use alternating colors. That way, they're easier to spot and keep track of.
