How to Play

Match the monsters based on the shapes they hold.

• Starting the Game
  • Select the green and white button to proceed to the welcome screen.
  • On the welcome screen, choose the game mode you want to play on the windows in the lower left or right corners.
• Game Controls

    • With your mouse, left click to select.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with your fingers to select.
• Game Play
  • Game mode selection
    • Pick which type of items you want to match in the game.
      • Words to pictures: Match the shape to its name. We recommend for older children familiar with the names of shapes.
      • Pictures to pictures: Match the object to its shape.
    • After selecting what type of images you want to match, the game offers two modes:
      • Memory: The game plays as a standard memory matching game.
        • The windows are hidden by shutters.
        • Selecting a window reveals a monster and its shape, object, or word.
        • Remember where the monsters are to reduce the number of tries you use up.
      • Show: The choices are not hidden and are clearly visible.
        • Simply pair the object to the shape or word that matches it.
        • The picture to picture show mode is suited for very young children.
  • Basic rules
    • Select one window.
    • To attempt a match, select another window.
    • If you make a match, the monsters leave. In the memory game, they close the windows and the shutters disappear along with them.
  • Levels
    • The game has 9 levels.
    • The first 8 levels have 6 windows.
    • The 9th, top level has 5 windows.
      • You must match 4 of them to win. The one window that doesn’t hold a match contains an angry monster.
      • If you open the one window that doesn’t match, the windows will shift around.
    • You have 50 tries to match all the monsters. Use them all up and it’s game over.
      • Correct answers don’t count against your tries.
