Aim: Classic Texas Hold ‘Em Poker game rules apply. Briefly, the main goal is to gather all of the chips each player around the table has. A round of poker is won by having the highest winning combination of 5 cards consisting of the 2 cards in a player’s hand and the 5 cards on the table. A player proceeds to the next round of bets only if their bet is equal to other player’s bets.
Controls: Tap onscreen icons for corresponding action (navigation through menu, choice of game action – check, fold, bet, raise, call, all in etc. and other confirmation).
About: lists developer information.
Use your mouse left click button to choose if you want to fold, check, raise, or change bid amounts.
Tap the on screen button with your fingers to interact with the game.
Controls and indicators
The game has sound control and pause buttons in the upper left corner.
The upper right corner of the game shows the current pot size.
Each player’s status (e.g. fold, call, bet) is shown near the player along with how many chips they have remaining.
The blue button indicates where the dealer is. The red S and green B indicate where the small and big blinds are.
Bid Types / Moves
Fold – exit the game
Check – do not raise and do not fold
Call – match a competitor’s bid (amount shown on the button)
Raise – increase the bid (you can use the default amount shown on the button or use the arrows to further refine your raise)
The game starts out with 5 players each having 10,000 chips. Small blind starts out at 100 with big blind 200.
Raise defaults to doubling the prior bid, however you can use the up and down arrows to further refine and adjust bids including going all in.
Each time a hand ends you have to click the button in the lower right corner to deal the next hand.
If you lose the game you can click PLAY again to get 10,000 more chips.
Due to the ease of restarting it can make sense to bid aggressively early in this game as you can quickly start over again if that strategy backfires.
Poker fans of all ages should like this game.
