Jump as high as you can on temporary platforms. Collect items to bolster your score.

• Starting the Game
  • On the welcome screen, select Lamput as the orange play button below the title to begin.
    • The game will begin with a short cut scene outlining its premise.
    • Choose skip to move forward.
  • Afterward, the game will show its instructions.
    • The game will show the instructions page again each time you start over.
  • Your Web browser will automatically save your high score.

    • Use the space bar or up arrow key to jump.

    • Tap and swipe on the screen with your fingers to move.

  • Basics
    • As Lamput, get away from the Specs Docs by climbing up a really tall skyscraper.
      • To ascend, jump on as many platforms as you can in rapid succession.
      • The platforms break when you jump on them but give you a boost.
    • Keep climbing until you are unable to land on a platform.
    • Collect items to build up your score.
  • Platforms
    • Platforms increase your speed and have collectible items on them.
    • Jumping on a platform gives you extra momentum to ascend.
    • However, platforms can only be used once.
      • Once a platform is jumped on, it cracks and can’t be used.
      • It disappears when it’s out of view, even if it wasn’t used at all.
  • Scoring
    • Picking up collectibles make up your base score.
    • Each collectible you take is worth 100 to 200 points.
      • Popcorn, money bags, and gifts are worth 100.
      • Lamput tokens are worth 200 points.
  • Power ups
    • There are 3 power ups in the game:
      • Light bulb: multiplies your score by 2.
      • Heart: Slows down your descent.
      • Balloon: Increases your ascent speed.
• Target Audience
  • The game is suited for Lamput fans of all ages.
  • The game has no adult content.
