Hit the ball as it arrives in the circle. You get a point if you hit a ball. On occasion, the game throws other things at you. Sometimes, it’s coins. Earn enough coins and you can start over without resetting your score. Other times, it’s a bomb. Do not swing at the bombs. Over time, you gain two circles and must switch back and forth between them.

In most cases, you can focus on the scoring part of the game without a worry. Part of the appeal of this game lies in the losing reactions. Hitting a bomb leaves the arena in shambles, and it continues to be so if you continue from there. Each time you miss, your player character gets more and more annoyed. When you lose, these animations are their own reward.
